【摘要】 目的探讨牙周联合正畸治疗对牙周炎患者早期牙周指标及龈沟液中骨钙素的影响。方法选择我院收治的40例中重度牙周炎患者为研究对象,均给予牙周与正畸联合治疗。比较治疗前、后牙周临床指标[龈沟出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)]和龈沟液中骨钙素水平。结果与牙周治疗前相比,正畸治疗前及正畸治疗后1、2个月BI、PLI、PD水平均明显降低(P<0.05);骨钙素水平于加力后1 d达到峰值,而后逐渐降低,加力后7 d水平与加力前水平相当。结论对牙周炎患者实施牙周联合正畸治疗,能有效改善早期牙周状况和龈沟液中骨钙素水平;龈沟液中的骨钙素参与牙槽骨的改建过程,其水平高低能直接反映牙周组织炎症程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal and orthodontic treatment on early periodontal indexes and osteocalcin in gingival crevicular fluid( GCF) in patients with periodontitis. Methods Forty patients with moderate-severe periodontitis in our hospital were selected and given periodontal and orthodontic treatment. The periodontal clinical indexes [bleeding index( BI),plaque index( PLI),periodontal depth( PD) ]and level of osteocalcin in GCF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results With the periodontal and orthodontic treatment,the patient’s levels of BI,PLI,PD before orthodontic treatment and after orthodontic treatment for 1,2 months significantly decreased( P < 0. 05); the levels of osteocalcin reached its peak after force application for 1 d and then they gradually decreased and the levels after force application for 7 d were similar to those before force application. Conclusion Periodontal and orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontitis could effectively improve early periodontal status and levels of osteocalcin in GCF. During orthodontics,the level of osteocalcin in GCF participates in alveolar bone remodeling can directly reflect the degree of periodontal tissue inflammation.更多还原
