【摘要】 目的探讨尼莫地平单用及联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效及价值。方法选取我院收治的64例AD患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组(32例)单用尼莫地平治疗,治疗组(32例)在对照组的基础上联合多奈哌齐治疗。分别采用AD评估量表认知分量表(ADAS-cog)、简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)以及Blessed-Roth痴呆(B-R)量表评定两组患者治疗前后的认知功能、精神状况、生活活动以及生活自理能力;此外利用心电监测对两组患者进行心率(HR)和P-R间期的比较;并观察两组患者治疗中的不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后的ADAS-Cog、MMSE、ADL以及B-R评分较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的ADAS-Cog、MMSE、ADL以及B-R评分均显著好于对照组(P<0.05);在心电监测以及不良反应的比较上两组并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对AD患者采用尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗,临床疗效显著,安全性高,具有临床推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value and curative effect of nimodipine alone and combined with donepezil in treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease.Methods Sixty-four cases of Alzheimer’s disease patients treated as the research object in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups(n = 32,each group).The control group was given nimodipine treatment and the observation group was treated with donepezil on the basis of the control group.Scale cognitive subscale(ADAS-cog),Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),activities of daily living scale(ADL) and the Blessed-Roth Dementia(B-R) scale were used to assess the cognitive function,mental status,life ability and self-care ability before and after treatment of two groups.In addition,ECG monitoring was used to compare the heart rate(HR) and P-R interval between the two groups and adverse reactions of the two groups was also observed.Results The ADAS-Cog,MMSE,ADL and B-R scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADAS-Cog,MMSE,ADL and B-R scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference of ECG monitoring and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of nimodipine combined with donepezil in treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease is safe and clinically effective.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
