梭式窑烟气废热利用系统的设计

【摘要】 高温空气燃烧技术是近10多年来高速发展的一种新型燃烧技术,具有高效、节能和低污染等特性,目前正得到越来越广泛的应用。本文在分析高温空气燃烧技术的基本原理基础上结合陶瓷梭式窑的特点,设计了梭式窑高温空气燃烧(HTAC)系统,构建实体模型进行实验,研究余热回收系统的温度效率及烟气在蜂窝陶瓷内压力损失。研究结果表明,加热期与冷却期的温度效率分别为:92.0%,93.2%,测量热烟气和预热空气的压力损失分别为126.3Pa,107.8Pa,节能率可达26%以上。

【Abstract】 As a new combustion technique with rapid development in last decade,high temperature air combustion technique has been widely applied since its excited characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving and low pollution.Based on the analysis of the basic principles of high temperature air combustion technology and the characteristics of the ceramic shuttle kiln,High Temperature Air Combustion(HTAC)system is designed and its real model is constructed for studying the efficiency of temperature in waste-heat recovery systems as well as the pressure loss of flue gas within the ceramic honeycomb.The study indicates that temperature efficiency of the heating period and cooling period are:92.0%,93.2%.The pressure loss of hot flue gas and preheated air are 126.3Pa,107.8Pa.Energy-efficiency can rate up to 26%.
