【摘要】 目的探讨开封地区单采血小板无偿献血人群特点,为制定招募策略和发展单采血小板献血队伍提供参考依据。方法选取2010年1月1日-2015年12月31日开封地区3 054名单采血小板无偿献血者的人群资料进行统计分析。结果开封地区男性单采血小板献血人数占71%,远高于女性;献血者年龄集中在26-55岁,占总人数的89.5%;职业以工人、农民为主;献血者A型、B型、O型3个血型人数分布较均匀,B型>A型>O型>AB型;献血频次在1-2次的占54%;单份血小板献血人数自2011年起呈下降趋势而双份献血人数逐年增长。结论开封地区中年农民和工人为本地区献血主力,应认真做好献血者保留工作;发展年轻大学生和固定献血者献血潜力较大。通过制定有针对性地宣传招募策略,建立1支固定的、结构合理的单采血小板无偿献血队伍,以确保临床供应充足和血小板质量安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To to explore the characteristics in volunteer apheresis platelet donors in Kaifeng area,furthermore,to provide reference for the formulation of recruiting strategies and the development of a blood donation team. Methods The population data on 3 054 voluntary apheresis platelet donors in Kaifeng area from January 1st,2010 to December 31 st,2015 were selected for statistical analysis. Results The proportion of male blood donors was 71% in Kaifeng area,which was much higher than that of women. Blood donors in 26-55 years old accounted for 89.5%. Manual workers and peasants were the main donors. The distribution of A,B,O blood types was uniform: B>A>O>AB. The frequency of blood donation between 1 and 2 times accounted for 54%. The number of single platelet donation began to decline since 2011,while the number of double blood donation increased year by year. Conclusion Middle-aged farmers and manual workers are the main blood donors in Kaifeng area. We should conscientiously try to preserve blood donors. Young college students and fixed blood donors demonstrate greater potential for blood donation. In order to ensure the supply and the safety of clinical apheresis platelets,we need to develop effective advocacy and recruitment strategies,and to establish a fixed and reasonable team comprised of apheresis platelet donors.更多还原
