抗C+CE复合抗原抗体鉴定的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨区分Rh系统单一抗体和复合抗原抗体的抗体鉴定试验方法。方法盐水介质和Liss-Coombs卡做抗体筛选和鉴定,采用37℃热吸收、氯仿放散法确认抗体的特异性,并依据抗体的特异性采用Liss-Coombs卡交叉配血。结果患者Rh血型为ccDEe,其血浆抗体鉴定为抗C+Rh系统其他抗体,用两组细胞CCDee、ccDEE分别做吸收和放散试验,证实抗体特异性为抗C+抗-CE(Rh22),选择献血者Rh血型为ccDEe的红细胞成分交叉配血相合。结论采用吸收放散试验可以区分Rh系统单一和复合抗原抗体,依据抗体的特异性选择合适的红细胞成分交叉配血更加快捷和安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the antibodies against C and CE compound antigens in Rh system. Methods Salt solution medium and Liss-Coombs method were applied to antibody specificity test. 37 ℃ heat absorption and chloroform elution were applied to identify the antibody specificity. Liss-Coombs method was applied in cross matching according to the results. Results The Rh phenotype of cross matching negative was ccDEe. The antibody was specified as antiC and other antibodies in Rh system. After absorption by whose Rh phenotype were CCDee and cc DEE, the reaction of serum and panel cells was anti-C and anti-CE(Rh22). The Rh phenotype of cross matching negative was ccDEe. Conclusion Single antibody and compound antibodies can be distinguished by absorption-elution test. This antibody can be used to facilitate the selection of appropriate donors in cross matching.
