【摘要】 目的探讨《威廉姆斯产科学》(24版)推荐的4项孕期血脂参考值范围是否适合中国孕妇。方法选取2014年6~12月在北京市通州区妇幼保健院生产的足月单胎孕妇进行问卷调查,最终符合纳入本研究病例共计2 117例。将1 045例正常孕妇血脂排序,求出相应百分位数,建立血脂正常值参考区间。分析《威廉姆斯产科学》(24版)推荐的4项正常孕妇血脂水平参考范围和本研究中确定的参考值范围的一致性(κ值)。结果 4项血脂指标在各期均具有一致性(P<0.05)。孕早期:TC_κ=0.571,TG_κ=0.464,HDL_κ=0.193,LDL_κ=0.946;孕中期:TC_κ=0.756,TG_κ=0.752,HDL_κ=0.472,LDL_κ=0.815;孕晚期:TC_κ=0.156,TG_κ=0.765,HDL_κ=0.455,LDL_κ=0.509。结论《威廉姆斯产科学》(24版)推荐的4项正常孕妇血脂参考范围在一定程度上适用于国内孕妇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether the four reference range of normal serum lipids during pregnancy recommendations by Williams Obstetrics(24 th edition) were suitable to Chinese gravidas. Methods A questionnaire was conducted on singleton live birth gravidas, who were delivered in Tongzhou Maternal&Child Health Hospital of Beijing from June to December in 2014. A total of 2 117 cases were selected for the study. The serum lipids of normal pregnant women were sorted, meant to find out the corresponding percentile, thus to establish the normal reference range of serum lipids. The consistency of cases between Williams Obstetrics(24 th edition) and our study were analyzed. Results The four reference range of normal serum lipids in each pregnancy period recommendations by Williams Obstetrics(24 th edition) were consistent with our study(P < 0.05). During the first trimester of pregnancy: TC _κ=0.571, TG _κ=0.464, HDL_κ=0.193, LDL _κ=0.946; second trimester: TC _κ=0.756, TG _κ=0.752, HDL _κ=0.472, LDL _κ=0.815; late pregnancy: TC _κ=0.156, TG κ =0.765, HDL κ =0.455, LDL κ =0.509. Conclusion The four reference range of normal serum lipids during Pregnancy recommended by Williams Obstetrics(24 th edition) are partially suitable to Chinese gravidas.更多还原
