【摘要】 从学科覆盖、作者队伍、读者群、期刊统计数据以及学术环境5个方面分析高校学报的优势。通过高校学报与专业期刊的总被引频次、影响因子指标的对比发现,专业期刊并不具特别的优势,高校学报的影响力正在稳步提升。高校学报通过正确定位、重塑编委团队、以内容为王、融入创新、改革管理策略、建立健全编辑队伍激励机制等途径,提升高校学报的学术水平,走依靠高校学科特色、服务高校学科与科研、服务广大师生、发现并培养人才的正确办刊之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the value of the Chinese college journals of natural sciences, from the subject coverage, author group, reader group, journal statistical data, and academic environment. A comparison of the total citation frequencies and impact factors between college journals and professional periodicals show that professional periodicals do not have special advantages and the influence of college journals is steadily improving. College journals should well know their own situations,rebuild editorial board,follow "content being king " and innovation,reform the management strategy, and improve the incentive mechanism of editorial team. College journals should try to find the correct way of relying on the college discipline characteristics,serve for college scientific research,and teachers and students,and discover and cultivate talents.更多还原
