基于规则演进竞技健美操成套动作竞争态势的研究

【摘要】 作为技能主导类表现难美性项群项目,竞技健美操实践在与评分规则的互动作用下,成套动作的创新编排与完美展现是运动员取得优异成绩的决定性因素。在当前日趋激烈的国际竞争中,发挥比赛成套动作的最大化价值,是运动员角逐竞争的方向。运用录像分析、问卷调查等研究方法,通过对2006—2014年连续5届世界健美操锦标赛所有项目决赛成套进行多维审视,基于世界格局发展探明竞争态势特点,为成套动作训练和世锦赛参赛战略规划提供理论参考和实践指导。研究表明,提升成套动作核心竞争力的基础是高分值难度动作的选用与成功完成,保障运动员成套动作完成的稳定性和准确性是避免参赛风险及成套实施控制的关键。此外,竞技健美操参赛成套发展需突出艺术观赏性,同时还需鼓励女运动员参与三人项目和集体项目,充分把握并发挥各项目核心竞争因素优势,赢得最佳竞争因素效益。

【Abstract】 As a skill dominated and difficulty and beauty expression event-group sport,excellent choreography and show of routines are winning factors of aerobic gymnastics athletes in the interaction of the rules and practices.With the international competition of aerobic gymnastics is becoming increasingly fierce,maximizing the value of the competition complete set is the focus direction of the sets.Through a multidimensional survey of the routines of 2006-2014 world championship final competition,this paper explored the world objectively aerobics athletics competition development trend by the methods of questionnaire and video analysis.It provided a theoretical basis and practical guidance for training and competition strategic planning.The results showed that selection and successful operation of high score difficult movement are the basis to improve core competitiveness of a complete set.Stability and accuracy of the sets are the keys to avoid the risk of competition and implementation control.Also competitive aerobic gymnastics should highlight the artistic ornament of aerobic gymnastics while encouraging female athletes to engage in 3-people event and group event.Each discipline needs to give full play to the core competitive advantage factors to obtain the maximum overall efficiency.
