【摘要】 实施科学是研究者为解决循证干预方法在实践推广中面临的问题而提出的新兴交叉学科领域,也被称为"转化应用研究的第二阶段";其目的是促进循证干预方法快速、便捷、低成本的被一线实践者所掌握和采用,帮助公共卫生和临床的方法及项目取得更好的效果,让目标人群受益的速度更快、范围更广。实施科学在健康领域经过10余年的发展,出现了研究的整合理论框架,发达国家和发展中国家均出现了基于该理念的研究项目,并已经涉及儿童行为问题矫正、心理健康干预、父母教育能力提升等领域。它为实现《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》确立的心理健康服务体系建设目标提供了如下启示:注重循证心理干预方法的验证、改良和创新;有效连通医疗、教育和社会三大心理服务系统;提升基层心理健康服务能力、创新基层服务递送模式;研究心理健康服务保障机制,将科学规范的心理咨询和治疗纳入医保;建立实施科学的研究协作网络、加大对该类研究的基金支持力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Implementation science,also named as "type II transitional research",is an emerging interdisciplinary field proposed to address the problems of transforming evidence-based interventions into practice and promotion.Implementation research was quickly developing in the last 10 years and achieved many successful outcomes,including the consolidated framework and many successful studies in developed and developing countries.Therefore,the following inspirations can be proposed which could be helpful to achieve the mental health service goals of"Plan of Health China 2030":Focusing on adaption,improvement and innovation of evidence-based psychological interventions;bridging medical,educational and social mental health service systems effectively;innovating the delivery of primary mental health service;exploring the way of resource integrate,such as including psychological counseling and treatment into basic health insurance;establishing implementation research networks and increasing the funding support.更多还原
