基于改进粒子群算法的双馈电机网侧优化控制
Grid-side controller optimization of double-fed induction generator based on improved particle swarm algorithm
【摘要】 双馈感应电机网侧控制系统通常采用比例-积分(Proportion Integration,PI)控制,其中控制器PI的参数是专家依靠经验试凑得到的,过程费时费力,且控制效果不理想,为解决这一问题,提出了一种改进粒子群算法。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建基于双馈电机的网侧控制系统,把改进后的粒子群算法作用于网侧控制系统中的PI控制器,可以快速得到优化后的PI参数。分别用未优化的控制器和经过优化的控制器对控制系统进行仿真,结果表明,用改进粒子群算法优化的控制器其控制系统具有更好的动态性能。
【Abstract】 Proportion Integration( PI) control is usually used in the grid-side of doubly-fed induction generator( DFIG) only through trial and experience,so the process is time-consuming and the result is not ideal. This paper adopts an improved Particle Swarm algorithm of controller parameter optimization to make up for this shortcoming. The grid-side control system is built by Matlab/Simulink and the PI parameter is optimized with improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm,thus the PI parameter can be got fastly. The simulation result of the grid-side control system before and after PI parameter optimization shows that the PI parameter with improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic properties.
