【摘要】 基于现行宗地代码编制规则和房屋代码编码标准提出了房地不动产单元编码方法,建立了房地统一编码模型,分析了房地统一编码和楼盘表数据间的关系,并将房地编码作为关联与整合房地登记数据的纽带,应用于房地登记数据整合,给出了房地统一编码在房地登记数据整合中的应用思路。基于宗地编码规则和房屋代码编码标准的房地统一编码,实现了以土地为空间载体的房屋登记数据的落地,可为房地登记数据整合提供新的思路,有助于房地登记数据的整合。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new uniform coding method for parcels and houses based on current coding rules is purposed in this paper.And a uniform coding model for real estate is constructed to integrate the data of land parcels and estate buildings.The application of uniform coding model for parcels and houses in integration of land parcels and estate buildings data show a new approach for data integration.Relations between uniform coding and building table are discussed to propose a new way to integrate the parcels and houses registration data.This study shows that the new uniform coding rules for real estate are helpful to data integration for land parcels and real estate buildings.The house registration data can be located and merged into land parcels by new uniform coding rules.更多还原
