【摘要】 探讨小讲座结合移动教学模式在专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训中的作用及影响。对比分析2016年度62名专业学位研究生在重庆医科大学附属第一医院外科专业培训基地血管外科轮转期间的培训效果。选择第1与第3季度38名硕士住培学员为对照组,2、4季度24名硕士住培学员为观察组,2组学生的入学成绩分别为(74.86±5.71)和(73.61±5.35),差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展小讲座结合移动教学模式,教学效果显著。在出科考试理论测试成绩中观察组为(22.92±3.79),对照组为(18.47±3.94),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,调查问卷结果显示:小讲座结合移动教学模式可帮助专业学位住培研究生高效利用碎片化时间并养成自主学习的习惯,促进学员与住培指导老师的有效沟通。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims to discuss the effects and influences of mobile teaching and small lectures in the standardized residency training programs for graduates with degrees of certain specialty. A comparative analysis was conducted among 62 residents during their rotation in the department of vascular surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The control group included 38 resident physicians with master degrees who rotates in the first and third quarter of the year, while the experimental group involved 24 residents who rotates in the second and fourth quarter. There is no statistical differences of the entrance test score between two groups(74.86±5.71) and(73.61±5.35). The effects of mobile teaching and small lectures are significant. The theoretical test scores of residents in the experimental group is significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),(22.92±3.79) and(18.47±3.94) respectively. Meanwhile, according to the surveys conducted, this model of mobile teaching and small lectures combined could help the residents to spend their fragmented time more efficiently, develop the habit of active learning and promote effective communications between the residents and their tutors of the program.更多还原
