【摘要】 [目的]观察电温针法治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫的临床疗效,为电温针治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫提供循证医学依据。[方法]纳入2015年9月~2017年2月于佛山市中医院针灸科和神经内科就诊的急性期风寒型周围性面瘫患者共120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,在常规西药治疗基础上,治疗组采用电温针法(即电针配合温针灸)治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。记录并对比分析两组间临床疗效、面神经功能评分系统(House and Brackmann Facial Grading System,H-B FGS)评分分值、面部残疾指数(the Facial Disability Index,FDI)量表分值、改良Portmann简易评分(Portmann’s Simple Scale,RPA)。[结果]治疗疗程结束后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的H-B评分量表、FDI量表分值、改良Portmann评分量表分值均明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组H-B评分量表、FDI量表分值、改良Portmann评分量表分值均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]相较单纯电针治疗,常规西药治疗基础上采用电温针法治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫,可以提高临床疗效,改善症状,促进神经功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effects of electroacupuncture combined with needle warming in the treatment of the patients with acute phase type wind chill peripheral facial paralysis,to provide the evidence for the treatment of the patients with acute phase type wind chill peripheral facial paralysis by electroacupuncture combined with needle warming. [Methods] 120 patients with acute phase type wind chill peripheral facial paralysis in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September, 2015 to February, 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=60) and the control group(n=60).The patients of the treatment group were used electroacupuncture combined with needle warming,and those of the control group were treated with electroacupuncture.At the same time,all patients of the two groups were treated with the conventional western medicine.The clinical effects,the scores of House-Brackmann Facial Grading System scale,the scores of Facial Disability Index scale,the scores of Portmann’s Simple Scale were compared between the two groups. [Results] The rate of effectivity of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group( P<0.05).The scores of FDI somatic function, Portmann scale was significantly higher than those of the control group,but the scores of FDI social function, H-B scale lower( P<0.05).[Conclusions] The electroacupuncture combined with needle warming in treatment of the acute phase type wind chill peripheral facial paralysis,could improve the clinical effect,improve symptoms,promote nerve function recovery.更多还原
