【摘要】 旅游旺季景区容量管理是实现景区发展可持续性和游客体验舒适性的重要手段。当前我国旅游旺季景区容量管理存在着管理方式形式化、管理模式单一、管理信息封闭等问题,产生这些问题的原因在于:景区过度追求经济利益而对容量管理不够重视、各景区之间缺乏合作和联动机制、相关信息发布机制不健全等。解决以上问题,应从国家层面坚持可持续发展的理念、确定主管部门及分工、加大对景区容量的监管力度;应从行业层面加大产业融合、产业合作和信息分享;应从景区层面加强景区容量规划、容量管理及容量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scenic capacity management in peak season for tourism is an important means to achieve the sustainable development of scenic spots and the comfort of tourist’experience.There are some problems of scenic capacity management in peak season in our country currently,including the formalized management style,the single management mode and the closed management information and so on. The reasons for these problems are as follows: the scenic spots pursuit economic interests excessively and not pay enough attention to the capacity management,lack of cooperation and linkage mechanism between the various scenic spots and the release mechanism of relevant information is not perfect.To solve the above problems,we can take measures from the national level,industry level and area level.At the national level,we should adhere to the concept of sustainable development,determine the competent department and the division of labor,increase supervision of tourism capacity.At the industry level,we should increase the industrial integration,industrial cooperation and information sharing. At the scenic level,we should strengthen the capacity planning,capacity management and capacity control in scenic spots.更多还原
