长白山国际度假区对地方社会经济的影响分析——基于居民感知的视角
Analysis on the Influence of Changbai Mountain International Resort Area on Local Social Economy——Base on the Residents Perception
【摘要】 在旅游业快速发展背景下,旅游业的发展无疑会影响当地经济社会文化的发展,同时,当地居民对旅游业的参与度与感知也会影响旅游业的进一步发展。长白山国际度假区依托当地丰富的旅游资源和地缘优势,自成立之日起就得到了快速发展。以居民感知为视角,研究长白山国际度假区开发对当地居民的生产生活和经济社会发展产生的影响可以为下一步的旅游开发策略提供建议和有效信息。运用专家意见法,结合居民感知构成要素设计问卷进行实地走访调查可知:当地社区居民对长白山国际度假区经济影响感知总体呈现积极趋势,在收入与就业机会、社区经济对长白山国际度假区依赖程度方面的正面感知最为强烈,在生活成本、社区投资和发展方面的感知较为理性,在周边利益分配方面的感知相对消极。因此,应进一步科学规划度假区的发展、稳定当地物价、开展社会公益活动、加强游客承接能力并进一步打造优质旅游品牌,以此改善当地居民对度假区的经济影响感知,提高居民对长白山国际度假区旅游开发的参与度,实现当地经济社会与旅游业的多方共赢发展。
【Abstract】 Under the background of rapid development of tourism,the development of tourism affects undoubtedly the development of local economic and social culture. At the same time,local residents participation and perception of tourism may also affect the further development of the tourism industry.Changbai Mountain International Resort relying on local rich tourism resources and geographical advantages has got rapid development since it was founded.In the perspective of residents perception,studying the influence of Changbai Mountain International Resort development on production and living of local residents and economic and social development,can provide advice and information effectively for the next step of tourism development strategy. The questionnaire is designed with the residents perception. Conclusions are drawn through the visiting survey: the perception of economic impact of local community residents on Changbai Mountain International Resort generally presented positive trend. In the income and employment opportunities and community economic dependence on Changbai Mountain International Resort,residents perception is appeared strongly. It is more rational about the cost of living,community investment and development.It is relatively negative about the surrounding of profit distribution.Therefore,policy suggestions are put forward such as to take scientific planning,apply stable prices,carry out public welfare activities,strengthen the undertaking ability of the local visitors,build tourism brand.Those policy recommendations should improve the economic impact of perception for the local residents and realize multi-winwin situation both residents and local residents in tourism industry.
