【Abstract】 The economic and social security situation is deteriorating in Venezuela due to a serious shortage of the domestic materials in the past few years. Some malignant cases,both criminal offences and unjust law enforcements executed by the government staff in the commodity price checks that happened to the overseas Chinese,are increasing in large extent. Under the difficult circumstances for existence and development,the overseas Chinese associations and their leaders in all part of Venezuela had the courage to shoulder their responsibilities and made a special contribution to safeguarding the security of lives and properties,as well as the legal interests and benefits of overseas Chinese.更多还原
