京津冀小学信息技术教育资源区域共建共享模式研究
Research on the Construction and Sharing Model of Information Technology Education Resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei
【摘要】 京津冀教育协同发展是京津冀协同发展的重要内容,本研究综合运用文献分析法、电子问卷调查法、访谈法,调查了京津冀部分小学信息技术教育资源分布现状,分析了三地小学信息技术教育资源差异及区域共建共享的动因及优势,构建了京津冀"强校+弱校"小学教育联盟模式和协同机制,为促进三地小学信息技术教育的发展提供借鉴,同时为三地小学信息技术教育主管部门制定相关政策提供参考。
【Abstract】 The coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei education is the important content of coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region. This study integrated use of document analysis,electronic questionnaire investigation and interview method, investigated the primary school information technology education resource distribution present situation of beijing-tianjin-hebei,analyzes the primary school information technology education and regional variations in resources co-construction and sharing of motivation and advantages,build the " strong school +weak school" of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region primary school education alliance mode and coordination mechanism,to promote the three primary reference for the development of information technology education,at the same time as the three primary school information technology education departments formulate relevant policies to provide the reference.
