超临界CO2萃取温度对沙枣花精油组分的影响

【摘要】 以沙枣花(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)为试材,采用超临界CO2萃取的方法,研究不同超临界CO2萃取温度对沙枣花精油组分的影响,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GCMS)技术分析其精油香气成分变化。结果表明:随超临界CO2萃取温度的升高,酯类、醇类和醛类的组分和相对含量影响较小,而酚类、酮类、酸类、烯类以及其它成分受萃取温度影响较大,但不会改变沙枣花精油组分的主体结构。另外,萃取温度对沙枣花精油的主要成分影响较小,其中相对含量最高的肉桂酸乙酯的变异系数最小,为0.06。经主成分分析得出40、45、50、55、60、65、70℃萃取温度对沙枣花精油4个主成分无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The effects of extraction temperature of supercritical CO2 on the essential oil components from flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were studied.Changes of essential oil components were analyzed by the methods of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that esters,alcohols and aldehydes of the essential oil were less influenced than phenols,ketones,acids,alkenes and others,but the major structural compositions of the essential oil were not changed.Besides,the main components of the essential oil were less influenced.For instance,the smallest of variable coefficient of ethyl cinnamate that was the most relative content of the essential oil was 0.06.Then the extraction temperature of 40,45,50,55,60,65,70 ℃ had no significant influence on the four principal component of essential oil by the principal component analysis(PCA).
