黑果枸杞叶绿素荧光参数日变化研究

【摘要】 以黑果枸杞为试材,利用叶绿素调制成像系统研究了野生与人工驯化种植以及设施垄栽、平畦和沟栽种植等不同种植处理与不同环境条件对黑果枸杞叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:各种植处理下黑果枸杞的最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)、实际光化学效率(Y(Ⅱ))和电子传递速率(ETR)日变化均呈近‘V’型;露地种植和设施垄栽种植Fv/Fm和Y(Ⅱ)显著高于设施沟栽和平畦种植,但在非调节性能量耗散(Y(NO))上显著低于沟栽和平畦种植;黑果枸杞Fv/Fm、Y(Ⅱ)、ETR和光化学猝灭系数(qP)互为极显著正相关,但与调节性能量耗散(Y(NPQ))和Y(NO)极显著负相关;黑果枸杞叶绿素荧光参数与温度和光量子环境因子相关性较低,建议选择垄栽种植。

【Abstract】 Taking Lycium ruthenicum as test material,the objective of this experiment was to compare the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of wild and cultivated Lycium ruthenicum.Chlorophyll fluorescence was measured under different management conditions using a Mini-Imaging-PAM chlorophyll fluorometer.The results showed that maximal fluorescence(Fm),variable fluorescence(Fv),maximal PSII photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),potential PSII photochemical activity(Fv/Fo),actual PSII photochemical efficiency(Y(Ⅱ)),and apparent electron transport rate(ETR)declined to a minimum each day and then increased,regardless of management practice.The means of Fv/Fm and Y(Ⅱ) were significantly greater in the field treatment and the ridge planting treatment than in the flat bed treatment and the furrow planting treatment.The field treatment and the ridge planting treatment also had the lowest quantum yield of non-regulated non-photochemical energy loss(Y(NO))among the management treatments.The Fv/Fm ratio,Y(II),and ETR were positively correlated with the photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),but significantly negatively correlated with the quantum yield of regulated non-photochemical energy loss(Y(NPQ))and Y(NO).Furthermore,the correlations between the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and management practices were insignificant.In conclusion,farmers are advised to use ridge planting for cultivation of L.ruthenicum.
