甜瓜连作土壤中酚酸类物质测定及降解研究

【摘要】 以甜瓜连作土壤为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱技术,分析了不同连作年限甜瓜土壤中酚酸物质的种类及其含量变化,利用生防木霉菌降解特性,降解土壤中酚酸类物质,为缓解甜瓜连作障碍提供参考依据。结果表明:连作甜瓜土壤中对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、丁香酸、香兰素、香豆酸、阿魏酸、苯甲酸随着连作年限的增加而增加,连作3年后7种酚酸的总量达245.39mg·kg-1干土,显著高于未连作土壤;采用孢子菌悬液、PD菌悬液和麦麸发酵物3种不同的接种方式,测定木霉菌T23对甜瓜根际土壤中酚酸类物质的降解作用,表明木霉菌T23能够有效降解土壤中积累的酚酸物质,其中麦麸发酵物降解率可达到25%以上,降解效果最为显著。

【Abstract】 To investigate the allelochemicals of rhizosphere soil of muskmelon under different cropping years,pot experiments was conducted.The compounds in the soil were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).By using of degradation characteristics of Trichoderma viride,to degrade pheonlics in soil,to provide reference for easing continuous cropping obstacle of muskmelon.The results showed that,seven phenolic compounds,ρ?hydroxybenzcic acid,vanillic acid,syringic acid,vanillin,coumaric acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid were found in rhizosphere soil and the contents was increased with the increasing years of sole muskmelon cropping.And the total concentration of these phenolics reached 245.39mg·kg-1 dry soil,which was significantly higher the control soil.Trichoderma viride(T23)was examined for their ability to degrade the phenlics with three inoculation methods(spore suspension,PD bacterial suspension and fermentation of wheat bran).Results indicated that T.viride(T23)could effectively degrade the residual pheonlics in soil,and the method of wheat bran fermentation exhibited the best degradation effect,of which the degradation rate was 25%.
