萝卜抽薹机制及耐抽薹种质资源选育的研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanism of Bolting and Selection and Breeding of Anti-bolting Germplasms in Raphanus sativus L.
【摘要】 萝卜是我国广泛栽培的重要蔬菜作物,但先期抽薹成为严重影响萝卜品质和产量的重要因素,选育耐抽薹萝卜品种是解决该问题的重要手段。该研究通过分析近年来在萝卜耐抽薹性的遗传、生理生化和分子机制,以及萝卜耐抽薹种质资源的鉴定和培育等方面的研究进展,旨在更深入了解萝卜耐抽薹的机制、种质资源遗传多样性及雄性不育性等方面的理解和认识,从而为耐抽薹萝卜新种质创新提供理论指导。
【Abstract】 Raphanus sativus L.is one of the most important vegetative crops cultivated widely in China.However,pre-mature bolting has become one of the limiting factors for the yield and quality of Raphanus sativus L..The effective approach to solve this problem is to breeding the anti-bolting lines.This study reviewed the recent progress on the genetic,physiological,biochemical and molecular mechanisms of anti-bolting in radish,as well as that about the screening and identification of Raphanus sativus L.germplasms related to anti-bolting.It would help us to gain deeper understanding about the anti-bolting mechanisms and the genetic diversity,as well as the CMS in Raphanus sativus L.,thus benefiting the breeding program for anti-bolting varieties in Raphanussativus L.in China.
