静脉用药集中调配工作模式下非易折型安瓿开启方式改进及效果验证

【摘要】 目的:探寻静脉用药集中调配工作模式下非易折型安瓿最佳开启方式,降低开启过程不溶性微粒的污染,提高药品配制速度。方法:对传统的标准非易折型安瓿开启方式进行改进,将砂轮划痕提前到药品准备时段,并采用流水冲洗及水平层流台风干安瓿。结果:改进后的开启方式在大于5μm的不溶性微粒增加量、每个安瓿开启时间与传统标准开启方式比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),效果优于传统标准开启方式。结论:改进后的开启方式可显著提高药品配制速度,减少不溶性微粒的污染。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the best open way of hard-to-break ampoules in PIVAs-working mode,reduce the pollution of insoluble particles of ampoules produced by opening process.Methods:The conventional opening process of standard hard-to-break ampoules is improved,and the scratches caused by grinding wheel is advanced into the period of drug preparation,ampoules are washed with running tap water and dried in horizontal laminar flow clean workbench.Results:There were significant differences in increment of insoluble particles which is greater than 5μm and the speed of opening ampoule between improved opening process and traditional opening process,the results are obviously better than traditional opening process(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved opening process can significantly increase the speed of material medical confecting,and reduce the contamination of insoluble particles
