苝酰亚胺微米棒的自组装及其光开关应用
Self-Assembly of Tetrachloroperylenediimide Chromophores into Microrods and Their Application in Photoelectrical Switch
【摘要】 采用高温溶解再沉淀法实现了四氯苝酰亚胺微米棒的制备.本文对四氯苝酰亚胺的光物理性质进行了研究,四氯苝酰亚胺微米棒的固体漫反射光谱在300~610 nm处都有吸收,表明微米棒在可见光范围内对光的吸收能力很强.以银为电极材料,制备单根微米棒的两端器件,在外加电压30 V和0.10 m W/cm2白光照射下,微米棒的光电流能够达到10.6 n A,随着光的引入和撤去,器件表现出光开关性质,开关比为10.
【Abstract】 Self-Assembly of tetrachloroperylenediimide( 4 Cl-PDI) chromophores into microrods with a controllable length have been carried out by a high-temperature reprecipitation method. The 4 ClPDI microrods give diffusion reflection absorption in the ranges of 300 to 610 nm,indicating that the microrods may have a strong absorption ability in visible region. A high-performance photodetector based on the 4 Cl-PDI microrods was constructed. A photocurrent of 10. 6 nA was obtained when the outside illumination power was 0. 10 m W/cm2 and the voltage was 30 V. The photodetector has shown distinct "ON"and "OFF"state with a non/off ratio of 10.
