【摘要】 生产建设兵团区域环境水生态文明建设体系构建是时代发展之需,对于中国经济社会发展具有深远意义。以石河子生产建设兵团区域为例,在遵循完整性、指导性、动静相结合性、定性与定量有机结合性和区域性五点原则的基础上,基于现有的PSR框架模型,构建三个层次包括目标层、准则层和指标层的31个指标的兵团环境水生态文明建设指标体系,分析了每项评价指标对石河子生产建设兵团区域环境水生态文明建设的重要作用,并给出了一些可行性建议,使得新疆可持续保持环境良好的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of regional environmental water ecological civilization construction system in Production and Construction Corps is the need of time. It has far-reaching significance for the economic and social development of China Taking Shihezi Production and Construction Corps as an example,based on integrity,follow the guidance and the combination of static and dynamic,qualitative and quantitative combination and regional five principles,the framework of PSR model based on the existing construction of three levels including 31 target layer,criterion layer and index from the Corps water environment ecological civilization construction index system,analyzes the important role of each evaluation index of Shihezi production and Construction Corps of regional water environment of ecological civilization construction,and gives some feasible suggestions,which keep the environment good situation of sustainable development in Xinjiang.更多还原
