【Abstract】 Thispapersummarizesthe achievements of rural environmental improvement in Heilongjiang Province during the period of 12 th Five-year Plan,It analysesrural environment problems during the 13 th Five-Year. The regulation scope and priority regulation area are delineated. The main tasks and safeguard measures of rural environmental improvement are put forward.
