高校图书馆人力资源激励机制优化问题探析

【摘要】 当前,我国高校图书馆建立和实施人力资源机制的现状不够理想,人力资源开发与管理状况已远远不能适应高校数字化、网络化发展的需要.为此,探索构建科学有效的人力资源激励机制,充分发挥图书馆在高校中的智库作用和战略地位,已成为高校发展面临的一个十分重要的问题.本文在分析高校图书馆人力资源激励机制现状的基础上,提出优化高校图书馆人力资源激励机制的对策建议.

【Abstract】 At present,the status of the establishment and implementation of the human resource system in university library is not satisfying,and the exploration and management of human resources has been far from being able to meet the needs of digital and network development in colleges and universities. Therefore,it is crucial to explore and construct the scientific and effective incentive mechanism of human resources,and give full play to the role of the library in the University as the think tank and the strategic position. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of human resources incentive mechanism in university library,the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the human resources incentive mechanism of university library are put forward.
