【摘要】 本文研究了不同浓度的赤霉素溶液对红松种子萌发的影响,分别用浓度为0.2%,0.5%,0.8%的赤霉素溶液对种子进行处理.通过发芽试验观察其发芽情况.得出发芽率,发芽势;用氯化三苯基四氮唑和红墨水对种子的胚进行染色,快速测定种子的正常生理代谢功能是否受到损害,胚是否存活,了解种子是否还具有发芽的潜力,检验其品质.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin solution on the seed germination of Pinus koraiensis were studied. The seeds were treated with gibberellin solution with concentration of 0. 2%,0. 5% and 0. 8%,and the germination rate was observed by germination test. We stained the seed spur with TTC and red ink to rapidly check whether the normal physiological metabolic functions of seeds were damaged or not,if they is impactted,whether the embryo live or not,and we understand whether the seeds also have the potential to germinate to test their quality.更多还原
