【摘要】 目的:观察丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的临床疗效及其对血清S-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响。方法:82例重型手足口病患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采取常规治疗和对症处理;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予静脉丙种球蛋白治疗。记录2组临床症状、神经系统表现、住院时间。检测2组血清S-100β蛋白、NSE水平。结果:观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05);观察组皮疹消退时间、热退时间和易惊、肢体震颤消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);观察组治疗后血清S-100β蛋白、NSE水平均较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,应用静脉丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病可缩短患儿临床症状、体征持续时间,减少住院时间,提高临床治疗效果,明显降低血清S-100β蛋白、NSE水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of intravenous immunoglobulin( IVIG) in treating sever hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD),and its influence on the serum levels of S-100β protein and neuron-specific enolase( NSE). Methods: Eighty-two patients with severe HFMD were randomly divided into the observation group and control group( 41 cases each group),respectively. The control group and observation group were treated with conventional therapy and IVIG combined with conventional therapy,respectively. The clinical symptoms,neurological manifestations and hospitalization time in two groups were observed,and the serum levels of S-100β protein and NSE in two groups were detected. Results: The total effective rate in observation group( 97. 56%) was higher than that in control group( 75. 61%)( P < 0. 05). The rash disappearing time,temperature recovery time,disappearance time of easy fright and limb tremor and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group( P < 0. 05 to P < 0. 01). The serum levels of S-100β protein and NSE in observation group significantly decreased after treatment( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: The treatment of severe HFMD with IVIG combined with conventional therapy can shorten the duration of clinical signs and symptoms,decrease hospitalization time and the serum levels of S-100β and NSE,and improve the clinical effects.更多还原
