【Abstract】 The new developmental situation of the higher education in China has put forward the new demand forthe construction of teaching staff of the local colleges and universities. Keeping to the basic law of professionaldevelopment has become very critical to all the local colleges and universities. This article discussed the way ofteaching staff construction under the law of professional development from four aspects: first, advocate teachingprofession, and growing up in practice; second, activate the consciousness of mutualism, and grow up in theteaching team; third, pay attention to the academic research, and grow up in scientific research project; fourth, re-spect the personality development, and grow up in healthy competition, etc.更多还原
