应用于光伏发电系统中的一种高升压比的多级BOOST电路
High step-up BOOST converter applied in photovoltaic power generation system
【摘要】 光伏发电系统结构复杂、输出电压高等,本文设计一种高升压比的BOOST变换电路。仿真实验证明,N级BOOST电路升压比是单级BOOST电路的N倍;控制简单,输出电压快速性好,谐波失真比低,且无论各个输入电压源电压相等与否,均可以通过一套控制系统实现输出电压恒定;该电路具有低电流、电压应力等特点,有利于提高变换器效率和提高电路使用寿命。
【Abstract】 A non-isolated high step-up BOOST converter was proposed to solve the problems of complex photovoltaic modules and high output voltage in this paper. Experiments show that the step-up ratio of n-levels BOOST converter is N times as much as one-level BOOST circuit,the output voltage could be get faster,output voltage can be controlled easier and faster than those of the basic BOOST converter. it has low current and voltage stress,the efficiency and of the converter is improved and,the lifetime of the circuit is prolonged.
