【摘要】 针对网络课程使用过程中存在学习完成率低、持续参与度弱等问题,以期望确认模型(ECM)为基础,构建网络课程用户持续使用意愿影响因素的研究模型,并进行实证分析。结果表明:学习满意度、心流临场感、感知有用性均能对网络课程用户持续使用意愿产生直接的正向影响;期望确认度和感知有用性对满意度有显著正向影响;课程设计质量、学习支持、人际互动等方面则通过期望确认度和学习满意度的中介作用间接影响持续使用意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the issues of low finishing rate and low continuous participation during the online course learning, and based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model(ECM), the research model is established and an empirical analysis is performed. The results reveal a direct and positive impact on the continuous tendency of online course users by learning satisfaction, presence and flow experience and perceived usefulness. The degree of learning satisfaction is significantly and positively associated with expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness. The continuous tendency of using the online course is indirectly influenced by the curricular design quality, learning support and human interaction through expectation confirmation and learning satisfaction.更多还原
