【摘要】 目的:探讨点线正骨调曲法对腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将2015年3月至2016年3月于本科室就诊的腰椎管狭窄症患者65例随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用点线正骨调曲法进行治疗,对照组采用四维牵引治疗,通过对比两组患者的腰椎弓形面积,JOA量表以及临床疗效评价进行疗效分析。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的主观症状、日常生活动作评分、总分、腰椎弓形面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点线正骨调曲法相较于腰椎四维牵引法对改善患者腰曲的治疗效果更佳,对腰椎管狭窄症具有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of point line bone curvature adjusting method of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016,65 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis treated in this department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group used bone point line curvature adjusting method for treatment, the control group using four-dimensional traction treatment, the curative effect analysis was performed by comparing the lumbar segment area, the JOA scale and the clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), the treatment group after treatment, subjective symptoms, daily activity score, total score, lumbar segment area was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Point line bone curvature adjusting method compared with lumbar traction on patients with four better therapeutic effect on the lumbar curvature, lumbar canal stenosis has good therapeutic effect.更多还原
