【摘要】 目的:观察中药热奄包配合颌枕带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均给予枕颌带牵引治疗,观察组同时给予中药热奄包治疗,两组均以7天为一疗程,观察治疗前后两组患儿临床症状、影像学指标及治疗效果等。结果:观察组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药热奄包配合颌枕带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Herbal Reyanbao and jaw pillow with traction on atlantoaxial subluxation in children. Methods: 60 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n = 30). Both groups were treated with occipital jaw traction. The rats in the observation group were treated with Herbal Reyanbao at the same time. The two groups were treated with 7 days. The clinical symptoms, imaging parameters and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation in children with the occlusion of the Herbal Reyanbao is similar to that of the brachial pillow.更多还原
