【摘要】 党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央高屋建瓴,把创新作为引领发展的第一动力,开辟了我国创新发展的新境界。纵观安徽省改革开放以来的历程,创新始终是其发展的主线之一。但总体上看,安徽多数传统产业仍处于产业链的中低端,部分战略性新兴产业核心技术还受制于人,为此,需要通过大力发展新产业、因地制宜地形成各具特色的产业格局、推动战略性新兴产业基地形成等一系列创新举措的实施,进而推动安徽转型发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Communist Party of China with the core of Xi Jinping has operated from a strategically advantageous position and has broken new ground for innovative development of China with innovation as the first driving force. Throughout the process of reform and opening in Anhui province,the innovation is always one of the main theme of development. However,most of traditional industries in Anhui province are still in the low and medium end of industrial chain generally and the part of core technology in strategic emerging industries is still controlled by others. Therefore,it is needed to promote transformation and development in Anhui province,striving to develop new industries according to circumstances,forming a distinctive pattern of industries,and promoting strategic emerging industrial bases.更多还原
