【摘要】 目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗心律失常患儿的观察和护理要点。方法:观察56例心律失常患儿使用胺碘酮治疗后的效果,总结药物使用过程中的护理要点。结果:56例心律失常患儿中有效46例,总有效率82.1%。心律失常无明显改善7例(12.5%),纠正后心率低于正常3例(5.4%),未发生静脉炎、低血压、休克、胃肠道反应等并发症。结论:使用胺碘酮治疗心律失常患儿的过程中,做好药物使用前后护理,可降低药物不良反应,有效避免并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore observation and nursing main points for the amiodarone treatmeng of arrhythmia in children.Method:Observation of 56 cases of arrhythmia in children the therapeutic effect with use of amiodarone,summareze the nursing points in the process of drug use.Result:46 cases were effective of 56 cases in children with arrhythmia, total effective rate was 82.1% ,7 cases have no obvious improvement(12.5% ),3 cases of heart rate is lower than normal(5.4% ),No phlebitis,low blood pressure,shock,gastrointestinal reaction and other complications.Conclusion:In the process of use amiodarome treatment arrhythmia in children do a good job in nursing before and after drug use,can reduce the adverse drug reactons,effectively avoid the occurrence of cpmplications.更多还原
