【Abstract】 With the development of medical technology, laboratory medicine plays a more and more important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The quality of the inspectors should also be improved accordingly. Laboratory department of the teaching hospital should pay more attention to the training of personnel, and send more high-quality graduates to hospitals.
