【摘要】 目的:研究电话随访教育对缺血性脑卒中患者出院后二级预防依从性的影响。方法:选择符合条件的缺血性脑卒中患者84例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组住院期间及出院前常规进行脑血管病健康宣教;研究组制定个体化的健康宣教内容并宣教,出院后1年内每月1次进行电话随访教育,并及时电话答疑解惑。结果:两组患者出院1年后电话随访有效答卷为78份,其中研究组38份,对照组40份,随访成功率为92.9%,研究组出院后1年二级预防依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);出院后1年内不良事件(脑卒中复发、死亡)发生率明显低于对照组。结论:电话随访教育可提高缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防的依从性,从而可以降低患者脑卒中复发和死亡的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the impact of health education with telephone follow-up on the compliance of secondary prevention of discharged patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: Totally 84 cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted to hospital were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases). The control group received conventional health education and discharge guidance in hospital. The observation group received individualized health education and discharge guidance in hospital. Meanwhile, the observation group plus individualized telephone follow-up health education for 12 months with frequency of once a month after discharge. Results: After one year, all the patients were investigated by questionnaires.The observation group(40 cases)was significant better than the control group(38 cases) in the compliance of secondary prevention(P<0.05).Both of the incidence of recurrent stroke and the death rate were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group. Conclusion: Health education with telephone follow-up can improve the compliance of secondary prevention of discharged patients with ischemic stroke. It also can decrease the incidence of recurrent stroke and the death rate.更多还原
