【摘要】 目的:分析脑梗塞患者血糖血脂的变化与糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性。方法:选择154例临床首诊为脑梗塞的住院患者,根据首次检测的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分为糖化血红蛋白升高组(HbA1c>6.5%)、糖化血红蛋白正常组1(HbA1c 5.0%~6.5%)和糖化血红蛋白正常组2(HbA1c<5.0%)共三组,分别检测这三组血清中血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TCHO)的水平。结果:糖化血红蛋白升高组中血清血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的阳性检出例数明显高于正常组1和正常组2。结论:脑梗塞患者血糖血脂的变化与糖化血红蛋白的升高有一定程度相关性,可作为疾病诊断和预防的又一辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the correlation between the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid and the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:To select 154 cases of the hospitalized patients with the first clinical diagnosis as cerebral infarction,according to the first detection of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) levels were divided into higher glycosylated hemoglobin group(HbA1c>6.5%),glycosylated hemoglobin normal group1(HbA1c 5 to 6.5%) and glycosylated hemoglobin normal group 2(HbA1c< 5.0%) a total of three groups.The levels of blood glucose,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the three groups were detected respectively.Results:The levels of blood glucose,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the higher glycosylated hemoglobin group were significantly higher than those in the normal group.Conclusion:There is a certain degree of correlation between the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with cerebral infarction and the rise of glycosylated hemoglobin,which can be used as another auxiliary index for disease diagnosis and prevention.更多还原
