【摘要】 为进一步提高开发区信息化管理水平,改变开发区国土资源管理中信息化程度低的现状,从开发区国土资源信息化角度出发,提出了将开发区业务与"一张图"结合的解决方案,并对系统建设方案、系统数据库、系统功能和关键技术进行研究设计,利用GIS技术与数据库技术,建立开发区"一张图"管理信息系统.结果表明,基于"一张图"的开发区管理信息系统的建设,对于规范和共享开发区国土资源业务数据,提升开发区各部门工作效率及促进开发区信息化水平具有重要的意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further improve the level of information management in development zone and change the situation that the management of land and resources is in a low degree,this paper try to establish "One Map "management information system of the development zone from perspective of Land and Resources’ informatization.This paper proposes the combination of development zone business and "One Map"as a solution,researhed and designded the system-building programs,system database,system functions and key technology,makes the most of GIS technology and database technology.The results showed that the construction of development zones ’management information system based on "One Map"has a important significance in norming and sharing business data of Land and Resources,in enhancing the efficiency of various departments’ work and promoting the level of development zones’ informatization.更多还原
