【Abstract】 Based on Person-environment Fit theory,this empirical research testifies the correlations between proactive personality and individual creativity and the underlying mechanism.Results indicate that proactive personality contributes to the development of individual creativity through the mediating role of self-efficacy.As a boundary condition,cultural distance negatively moderates the relationship between proactive personality and self-efficacy.更多还原
