【摘要】 以安徽省滁州市六市(县)问卷调查为数据源,运用二元Logistic模型,从农户个体特征、农户家庭状况、农户对管护的认知状况和外部环境四个方面探寻农户参与土地整治项目后期管护行为的影响因素。研究表明:农户务农年限、承包耕地面积、农业收入占家庭收入比重、家庭非农就业人数、农户对建后管护性质与功能的认知、农户对建后管护中权利与义务认知、管护资金来源和使用情况认知、参与管护工作的态度、后期管护宣传强度、管护资金来源和管护组织、激励制度11个变量显著影响农户参与土地整治项目后期管护行为。研究结论对相关部门制定相应政策,调动农户参与管护的积极性,提高管护效率具有理论参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the questionnaire made in six counties and county-level cities of Chuzhou,Anhui Province as data source and using binary logistic model,this study investigated,in terms of four aspects,the factors influencing peasants’ management in the late period of their participating in land consolidation,which include peasants’ individual features,family status,management perception,and external environment.Research results show that 11 variables significantly affect peasants’ management,such as peasants’ farming duration,acreage of contracted land,proportion of agricultural income in family income,numbers of family members of non-agriculture employment,peasants’ perception of the attribute and function of the management and their rights and responsibilities and so on.This finding is of certain theoretical value for relevant government departments to make policies,arouse peasants’ enthusiasm in participating the management,and improve management efficiency.更多还原
