【摘要】 安徽及沿江地区的产业结构总体处于"二三一"的发展阶段,农业、工业和六大支柱产业布局各有特点,但是与长江经济带的其他地区相比,产业布局还明显地存在产业层次较低、产业布局经济效果差异大、技术创新能力较低、产业转移力度较差、生态环境保护不力等问题,因此,以产业布局的全局性、经济性、比较优势和可持续发展原则为指导,安徽参与长江经济带的产业布局优化路径有:拓展现代农业的发展空间,科学选择主导产业,积极主动地承接产业转移,推进产业联动模式的创新,加强交通等基础设施建设,建立产业发展区域协调机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry structure of Anhui Province and the regions of the province along the Yangtze River is on the whole at the development stage of"2-3-1".Though industrial layout of agriculture,industry and six major pillar industries has their own characteristics,compared with that of other regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt it is still faced with such problems as low industrial level,significant differences in economic effect of industrial layouts,poor technological innovation ability,ineffective industrial transfer and ecological environmental protection.Therefore,the optimization of Anhui’s industrial layout to better participate in the construction the Yangtze River Economic Belt should take into consideration the wholeness,economic nature and comparative advantages of industrial layout,and be guided by the principle of sustainable development.Some optimal paths might include:to further expand developmental space of modern agriculture,scientifically choose leading industries,actively undertake industrial transfer,promote the innovation of the industrial linkage mode,accelerate infrastructure construction,and establish regional coordination mechanism for industrial development.更多还原
