6个桉树种质引种育苗试验及适应性研究

【摘要】 对邓恩桉3份种质和赤桉、大桉、葡萄桉共6个桉树种质的千粒重、发芽率(大田苗、大棚苗)、苗高生长节律及苗木野外耐寒性进行研究。结果表明,(1)大田育苗苗高生长速度比大棚育苗快,在整个观测期内表现出明显的高生长优势。(2)桉树1年生幼苗生长节律为6月5日以前为出苗期,苗木高生长缓慢;6月5日至9月19日为苗木速生期,苗木高生长达到高峰;9月19日至12月26日为生长结束期,苗木高生长率下降。(3)通过野外耐寒性观测表明,邓恩桉98/27、邓恩桉17555、邓恩桉18264对引种地冬季的正常低温具有一定的适应性,显示出引种潜力。

【Abstract】 In this paper a study was made on the thousand-seed weight, germination rates(field plantlets, greenhouse plantlets), seedling height growth rhythms and cold resistance of the seedlings in the field of the 6 Eucalyptus germplasms including Eucalyptus dunnii18264, Eucalyptus dunnii 17555, Eucalyptus dunnii 98/27, Eucalyptus camaldulensis, giant eucalyptus and grape Eucalyptus. The results showed:1. The growth rate of the seedlings in the field was faster than that in greenhouse, and the field seedlings showed significant advantage of height growth in the whole observation period. 2. The growth rhythm of the 1-year-old seedlings includes the germination stage before 5 June with slow seedling height growth, fast-growing stage from 5 June to 19 September when the seedling height growth reached a peak and the end of the growth stage from 19 September to 26 December with decrease of the seedling height growth. 3. Observation of the cold resistance of the seedlings in the field showed that Eucalyptus dunnii 98/27, Eucalyptus dunnii 17555 and Eucalyptus dunnii18264 had certain adaptability to the low temperature in the introduction area in winter, showing the potential of introduction.
