【摘要】 在实地调研的基础上,本文客观总结了中德合作安徽林业项目森林可持续经营的成效,科学分析了项目在组织领导、参与式规划、专业队施工、技术培训与指导、严格监督检查、确保资金使用安全等方面的经验做法,指出了当前安徽森林质量提升工作存在的主要问题,并从更新理念、推广经验、示范推动、科技服务、政策调整、加大投入、强化宣传等方面为安徽实施林业增绿增效行动提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper an objective summary was made on the effects of Sino-German Financial Cooperation Project for Sustainable Forest Management in Anhui Province and a scientific analysis was made on the experience and practices of the project in such aspects as organizational leadership, participatory planning, construction by specialized teams, technical training and instruction, strict supervision and inspection and safe use of funds. The main existing problems in the province’s current forestry quality improvement practices were pointed out and some strategies and suggestions were put forward for implementing the forestry action for increasing greening and efficiency from such aspects as idea renewal, promotion of advanced experience, demonstrative promotion, science and technology services, policy adjustments, increase of input and strengthened publicity.更多还原
