超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测土壤和甘蓝中的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虱螨脲

【摘要】 建立了甘蓝和土壤中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虱螨脲同时检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS-MS)。样品用0.1%乙酸乙腈提取净化后,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱电喷正负离子模式切换检测。结果表明,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虱螨脲在5~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.998。在10、100、500ng/g三个添加浓度下,平均回收率在74.63%~106.60%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.44%~8.56%。该方法适用于甘蓝和土壤样品中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虱螨脲的同时检测。

【Abstract】 An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS)method was developed to determine residues of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron in cabbage and soil. Samples were extracted and purified with acidified acetonitrile,determined with sequential positive and negative ionization UPLC-MS-MS. The results showed that the linear ranges were 5~1000μg/L and the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.998. The average recoveries were 74.63%~106.60% when the spiked levels were 10,100,1000ng/g. The relative standard deviations were between 0.44% and 8.56%(n=3). The method is suitable for the determination of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron in cabbage and soil.
