【Abstract】 Three SSR primer pairs with high polymorphism and 12 cotton varieties were used to comparatively analyze the denatured and non-denatured PAGE detection methods. The results indicated that the type of individual genotype which was identified by the two detection methods was consistent. The testing results of denatured PAGE were more clear,but its operation process was complex. The operation process of non-denatured PAGE was simple and it had high test flux,which was more suitable for high throughput detection analysis.更多还原
