10种植物精油对3种生姜致病腐霉的抑菌活性
Inhibitory Effects of Ten Plant Essential Oils on Three Species of Pathogenic Pythium from Ginger
【摘要】 植物精油具有天然无毒、对人畜无害、环境友好、生物活性多样、产品改良潜力大、开发风险投资小等优点,具有良好的开发潜力。本研究采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种植物精油对3种致病腐霉的抑菌活性,,以期为生物农药开发提供依据。结果表明,丁香酚精油、月桂精油、肉桂精油、天竺葵精油具有良好的抑菌效果,其中丁香酚对3种供试腐霉表现出较高的生物活性,当精油浓度在100μg/m L时,丁香酚精油对3种腐霉的抑菌率均达到96%以上,且毒力最高,其EC50在42.1105~50.9698μg/m L;月桂精油和肉桂精油、天竺葵精油的抑菌活性次之。
【Abstract】 Plant essential oils have advantages of natural,non-toxixity,safety,various biological activities,great potential for product improvement and low development risk,therefore,they have good development potential. The inhibitory effects of ten plant essential oils on three species of pathogenic Pythium from ginger was studied in this paper to provide theoretical foundations for the development of bio-pesticides. The results showed that bay essential oil,cinnamon essential oil,geranium essential oil and eugenol oil had good antibacterial effects,especially the bay essential oil. When the essential oil concentration was 100 μg/m L,the inhibitory rates of bay essential oil to three species of pathogenic Pythium were all over 96% with the highest toxicity,and their EC50 values were 42. 1105 50. 9698 μg/m L. That of cinnamon essential oil,geranium essential oil and eugenol oil were next to bay essential oil.
