易脆毛霉多糖对烟草幼苗的促生效果及烟草花叶病毒的抑制作用

【摘要】 为了解易脆毛霉多糖的抗病促生效果,本研究采用盆栽试验和半叶枯斑法测定了该多糖处理对烟苗生长的影响及TMV的抗性。结果表明,多糖处理对烟苗有明显的促生作用,多糖处理烟苗最大叶面积、地上部鲜重、根部鲜重、总叶绿素含量和光合速率均显著增加;多糖处理对TMV的预防效果最好,可达62%,钝化效果次之,治疗效果相对较差,均低于40%。表明,易脆毛霉多糖不仅可以促进烟苗生长,而且对TMV有较好的预防作用,可为今后开发利用该真菌多糖提供参考。

【Abstract】 To understand the effects of polysaccharide from Mucor fuagilis( PMF) on disease resistance and growth promotion,its effect on tomato seedling growth and inhibition to Tobacco mosaic virus( TMV) were analyzed by pot experiment and half leaf method. The results showed that the polysaccharide treatment had obvious growth promotion on tobacco seedlings,the maximum leaf area,aboveground fresh weight,root fresh weight,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of tobacco seedlings obviously improved. The preventive effect of polysaccharide treatment on tobacco was the best as 62%. The passivation effect was the second.The therapeutic effect was the worst below 40%. So the PMF not only could promote the growth of tobacco seedlings,but also had better preventive effect on TMV,which could provide a reference to develop and utilize the polysaccharide.
