【摘要】 随着集装箱货船向大型化发展,要求上甲板等关键部位必须采用高止裂性钢板。对国外的新日铁住金公司、JFE公司及浦项公司开发的高强度大厚度止裂钢,国内的重点钢铁企业止裂钢的研发现状进行了概述,认为国内企业研发的止裂钢性能水平与国外先进水平相比还有差距,建议国内大型钢铁企业应加快研发进度,不断优化性能指标并抓紧推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the large-sized container ship,it is a must to build the key parts such as the upper deck of the ship by using the high grade crack-arrest steel plates.The research and development status for the high strength and heavy anti-crack steels developed by NSSC,JFE and Pohang Company and the crack arrest steels developed by main iron & steel enterprises in China were summarized.It was concluded that there exists the gap in terms of the performance level of the crack arrest steels developed by domestic enterprises compared with those de-veloped by foreign steel companies.Finally it is suggested that the development progress of the crack arrest steels developed by large-sized iron & steel enterprises in China should be accelerat-ed,while the performance indexes of these steels should be also optimized constantly and then their application and dissemination should be carried out as early as possible.更多还原
