不同改性剂对PE–LLD/纳米ZnO复合抗菌薄膜性能的影响
Effect of Modifiers on Properties of PE–LLD/Nano-ZnO Antibacterial Composite Films
【摘要】 将纳米氧化锌(ZnO)粉体分别用硅烷偶联剂(KH–560,KH–570)、硬脂酸、钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ–105四种改性剂进行表面改性处理,将改性处理后的纳米ZnO粉体分别与线型低密度聚乙烯(PE–LLD)熔融共混,然后采用向上吹塑成膜法制得PE–LLD/改性纳米ZnO复合抗菌薄膜。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试和活化指数分析,研究了四种不同改性剂对纳米ZnO的改性效果,利用贴膜抗菌法和力学性能测试法研究了四种不同改性剂对复合薄膜抗菌性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,钛酸酯偶联剂和硬脂酸的改性效果均较好且二者的测试结果基本相同;当纳米ZnO含量为0.6%时,经过钛酸酯偶联剂和硬脂酸改性后的纳米ZnO制得的复合薄膜对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能分别为90.9%和90.6%,具有抗菌作用;且两种复合薄膜对应的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、断裂标称应变(横向/纵向)分别为36.2 MPa/38.9 MPa,124 MPa/118 MPa,1 145%/692%和36.2 MPa/38.0 MPa,120 MPa/115 MPa,1 143%/680%,较纯PE–LLD薄膜分别提高29.3%/14.4%,14.8%/19.2%,17.4%/11.6%和29.3%/11.8%,11.1%/16.2%,17.2%/9.7%。
【Abstract】 The nano-ZnO powders were modified respectively with silane coupling agent KH–560 and KH–570,stearic acid and titanate coupling agent NDZ–105 four modified surface agent. The antibacterial composites films of linear low density polyethylene(PE–LLD)/nano-ZnO were achieved with the modified nano-ZnO powders and PE–LLD by melt blending and blow molding upward. The modification effects of four different modifiers on nano-ZnO were studied by FTIR tests and activation index analysis. The influences of four different modifiers on the antibacterial and mechanical properties of the composite films were researched by the antisepsis of sticking film and mechanical properties test. It showes that the modification effects of NDZ–105 and stearic acid coupling agent on the nano-ZnO are better and the two test results are basically the same. While the content of nano-ZnO is 0.6%,the antibacterial rates against E coli of the composite films which nano-ZnO are modified by NDZ–105,stearic acid coupling agent are 90.9%,90.6% respectively and it showes that the two have antibacterial action. The tensile strength,tearing strength and fracture normal strain of the two composite films(horizontal/vertical) are 36.2 MPa/38.9 MPa,124 MPa/118 MPa,1 145%/692% and 36.2 MPa/38.0 MPa,120 MPa/115 MPa,1 143%/680% respectively. Compared with the pure PE–LLD film,they were respectively increased by 29.3%/14.4%,14.8%/19.2%,17.4%/11.6% and 29.3%/11.8%,11.1%/16.2%,17.2%/9.7%.
